Nancy Salinas founded Bellmere & Co. to offer something increasingly valuable in executive search: direct access to a senior HR professional who is personally invested in every search. With more than 15 years of HR experience, including senior leadership roles, Nancy has supported growing organizations and multi-site operations across the United States and Mexico, partnering directly with executives and hiring leaders on talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, and organizational growth.
At Bellmere, clients work directly with Nancy from the first conversation through offer acceptance. There are no layers of recruiters or unnecessary hand-offs. Each search is personally led with a focus on understanding the business, identifying the right talent, and providing a responsive, high-touch experience.
Her background includes manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and cross-border operations, giving her a practical understanding of the talent challenges organizations face across the U.S.–Mexico corridor.
